Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you need to cancel an enrollment:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the first session: Full refund minus administrative fee
• Cancellations made 7-14 days before the first session: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the first session: No refund

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule programmes due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a different session.
